Pocket Inspector is a new and exciting product from Trakware Solutions Limited.  Pocket Inspector is a simple to use mobile defect reporting application.  This ingenious tool can be used for multiple applications, such as reporting snags on new build projects or for a landlord wishing to confirm property condition prior and after lease. 

Imagine being able to collect all the data of an inspection or survey together with notes and photographs, putting into a Email and updating either yours or your clients records without haveing to go back to the office and type out a report.  For example if you were snagging a new build before handover you could inform all of the sub contractors by email if any defects were found, then you are able to remove each defect from the list as they are complete, compiling a full audit trail of events for future reference.
